Terms of Service

The short version: Use Aria responsibly. Pay your bill on time. We won't train external models on your code. You're responsible for what Aria writes for you. If you cancel, you keep access until the term ends. Disputes go to Florida courts.

1. Service

InSync Tech provides "Vox Ordo" — an AI coding partner accessible via voxordo.ai/workspace and managed via voxordo.io. The brain API at voxordo.io (with 's') is restricted to developers and gated invitation testing.

2. Your account

• You authenticate via email magic-link. One person per email.
• You're responsible for keeping your email account secure. If your email is compromised, your Vox Ordo account may be too.
• Sharing accounts is allowed within a single household / small business — we don't aggressively enforce. Don't abuse it.
• Your agent may place a check-in call to your verified number — for example, if you haven't spoken with it within a few days of setting up your workspace. Answered calls draw from your included minutes; unanswered attempts don't. You can turn agent-initiated calls off anytime in your workspace preferences.

3. Subscription, billing, refunds

• Monthly plans renew automatically. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing.
• 3-month and annual plans are paid upfront for the term. No partial refunds for early cancellation, but access continues until term end.
• Bundle add-ons (voice minutes, splat packs) are one-time purchases and non-refundable once consumed.
• We honor refund requests within 7 days of first purchase if you genuinely can't get value — email ian@insynctech.io.

3a. Prepaid credits & usage fees

• How credits work. You may pre-pay a credit balance for immediate use. Your balance is shown in US dollars and is drawn down as you use Aria.
• Model procurement & service fee. When you use prepaid credits, InSync Tech procures AI model capacity from third-party providers on your behalf and operates the surrounding platform. Usage is metered at the provider's list price plus a 15% service fee, deducted from your balance as you go. If instead you bring your own provider key or subscription, no service fee applies — you pay your provider directly.
• Depletion. When your balance reaches zero, credit-based usage pauses until you add more.
• Refunds. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. An unused prepaid balance can be refunded within 30 days of purchase on request — email ian@insynctech.io.
• Processing. To generate responses, the content you submit is transmitted to the applicable third-party model provider. We don't sell your data, and we don't train our base models on it without your explicit opt-in (see §5).

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Aria to:

• Generate malware, credentials-stuffing tools, or attacks against systems you don't own.
• Generate CSAM or content depicting minors sexually.
• Impersonate humans for fraud or harassment.
• Exfiltrate proprietary code from a system you don't have permission to use.
• Resell Aria's output as your own AI product without an explicit reseller agreement.

5. Your code, your data

• Your sessions are scoped to your account. Other customers can't see them.
• We don't fine-tune our base models on your code without explicit per-account opt-in.
• You retain ownership of all code you produce with Aria's help.
• We may retain operational logs (action audit log, error traces) for service health, capped at 1 year.

6. AI output disclaimer

Aria can be wrong. It can hallucinate. It can write code that compiles but has bugs. You are responsible for reviewing what it writes before shipping it to production. We don't warrant that its output will be defect-free or fit for your purpose.

7. Uptime + service level

We target 99% monthly uptime but don't contractually guarantee it. Planned maintenance happens off-hours when possible. If we're down for > 24 hours in a billing month, we extend your subscription by an equivalent number of days.

8. Termination

You can cancel anytime. We can terminate your account for violation of section 4 (acceptable use) with notice when possible. If we terminate without cause, we refund the unused portion.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to Vox Ordo is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we'll email you 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date = acceptance.

11. Disputes

Governed by Florida law. Disputes go to courts in Sarasota County, Florida. Talk to us first — ian@insynctech.io — before any formal action; we'd rather work it out.
